Residential Counselor

NFI North is seeking two 2nd Shift Direct Care Counselors for our Transitional Housing Program in Bethlehem, NH. Schedules will be 4 days, 10 hour shifts. This residential treatment and day program offers comprehensive clinical, vocational services and life skills for adults living with mental illness who are seeking independent living. Responsibilities Supervise daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling. Facilitate improvement in personal responsibility, social skills, medication monitoring and administration, community living skills, and behavior. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and/or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with the participant population.
