Koch Air, LLC has been focused on the distribution of quality Carrier residential and commercial products since 1936, and is among the oldest and largest Carrier distributors. Today, Koch Air, has fifteen branch locations, 40 delivery vehicles, and more than 350,000 square feet of equipment and parts warehousing throughout the Midwest.

What You'll Do
As the Residential Inside Sales Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our customer service and sales operations, guiding a talented team to success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise, train, and inspire the residential inside sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed sales goals.
- Lead the phone customer service process with professionalism, securing re-orders and cultivating new business opportunities.
- Address customer issues, ensuring a seamless and positive resolution.
- Partner with warehouse and shipping teams to maintain efficient operations and meet customer needs.
- Suggest improvements to our Quality Management System (QMS) and contribute to the ongoing success of Koch Air's strategic initiatives.
What We're Looking For
We need a self-motivated, detail-oriented leader who can seamlessly balance customer satisfaction with operational excellence. Our ideal candidate has:
- An associate degree or equivalent experience (3+ years) in parts or equipment management, with HVAC industry expertise.
- A service-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and fulfill customer requirements.
- Strong organizational, communication, and training abilities to lead a high-performing team.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and the ability to convert customer information into accurate sales orders.
- A positive approach to resolving challenges and enhancing processes.
