In this territory?based role, you will build strong physician relationships, drive referral growth, and collaborate across stakeholders to expand access to advanced biologic therapies while delivering exceptional customer and patient experiences./ppResponsibilities/pulliAchieve assigned territory sales goals by driving prescription growth and service adoption across Immune Globulin, Hereditary Angioedema, Asthma Allergy biologics drug therapies./liliSales efforts also include managed care products and services to HMOs, PPOs, and Self-Insured Administration Employer Groups/liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with advanced practice providers, office staff, infusion centers, and health systems to support seamless patient care./liliEducate providers on Accredos specialty pharmacy programs, including access solutions, patient support services, prior authorization assistance, and therapy-specific workflows./liliDevelop strategic account plans using prescribing trends, payer dynamics, and market insights to identify opportunities and manage territory growth./liliPartner with internal teams including Physician Support Specialists, pharmacists, reimbursement specialists, and payer account leaders to ensure timely onboarding, therapy initiation, and patient support./liliCollaborate with manufacturer representatives on shared goals, pull-through opportunities, and aligned provider education./liliMaintain accurate CRM documentation, call reporting, and all required administrative activities in Salesforce./liliRepresent Accredo at regional and national meetings, conferences, and industry events./li/ulpRequired Qualifications/pulliMinimum 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare or specialty markets/liliResidence in New England states is required. Massachusetts (Boston area) preferred./liliExperience calling on physicians or advanced practice providers within a specialty therapy environment./liliStrong understanding of managed care, specialty pharmacy operations, and reimbursement processes./liliAbility to analyze data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable territory strategies./liliExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills./liliAbility to travel extensively within the assigned territory (Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire Maine)./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications/pulliBachelors degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred, not required)./liliExperience in Immune Deficiencies, Hereditary Angioedema, and Allergy, Asthma Immunology markets./liliExperience working with PBM and/or specialty pharmacy providers./li/ulpIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload./ppThis role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan./ppAt The Cigna Group, youll enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, with a focus on supporting your whole health.
