Seasoned Lead Cook - High-Volume Kitchen Leader

Jena Choctaw Pines is seeking a Lead Cook to oversee grilling, frying, roasting, and grilling of meats, fish or poultry. You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the assigned kitchen areas and for training staff in all aspects of the kitchen. The role requires adherence to recipes, SOPs, and sanitation standards, with duties including setting up and breaking down stations, labeling food, and supporting Food & Beverage management as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jena Choctaw Pines
