TOWN OF BELMONT FACILITIES MANAGER FACILITIES DEPARTMENT Non-Union Exempt Grade 18 Starting Salary Range $95,564.50 - $115,633.82 This position performs supervisory, administrative, and technical work responsible to ensure that all Town and School buildings have a preventative maintenance plan and develop and maintain equipment and system maintenance logs. Responsibilities Manage staff and building schedules Manage work orders and direct employees Oversee training and certifications as it relates to staff positions Manage AHERA books Schedule overtime and resources for projects and special requests Facilitate building safety inspections Oversee and verify payroll Work with unions and manage collective bargaining agreements Develop and maintain equipment and system maintenance logs and preventative plans Be responsible for purchasing and procurement Be on call after hours and weekends 24/7 Perform similar or related work as required, directed or as situation dictates Qualifications Associate degree in Facilities-related fields or equivalent. OSHA 10. Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred. MCPPO Certification preferred. Google, AV software experience, security software experience, and work-order-systems experience.
