Healthcare Facilities Project Manager - Construction & Safety

EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for a Project Manager at Stanford Healthcare Center in Redwood City, CA. The PM develops scopes of work, prepares estimates, and coordinates construction projects to completion while understanding mechanical and structural systems and using PowerPoint and Excel. Strong organizational and communication skills, plus the ability to manage subcontractors, are required.
