Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a travel position in the Intensive Care Unit in Peoria, IL. This role is ideal for those specializing in cardiovascular ICU care, including post open heart surgical patients. Key Responsibilities of the RN ICU Intensive Care Unit

Provide specialized care for post open heart surgical patients and those requiring intensive cardiovascular support.
Interpret and manage Philips monitoring systems and titratable drips.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including respiratory therapists and monitor techs.
Float to various levels of care as required, taking full team responsibility.

Requirements of the RN ICU Intensive Care Unit

Current BLS (AHA) certification required; ACLS preferred, CCRN a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of CVICU experience with ICU travel assignments.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with complex patient care needs.
