Trident Consulting is seeking a " Human Resources Co-ordinator" for one of our clients in " Aliso Viejo, CA - onsite " A global leader in business and technology services.
Role: Human Resources Co-ordinator
Location: Aliso Viejo CA - Onsite
Type: 6+ months contract
Rate: $25/hr on w2 without benefits
Description
-Schedule and Set up interviews -Manages Meet & Greet for candidates -Booking and setting travel itineraries (hotels and flights) -Professionally working closely with the candidates, being the main point of contact -Creating a great candidate experience and maintaining and following procedures. -Possibly booking travel itineraries for interviews -Assisting the TA team with other duties -Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition Requirements
-BS Degree (new grad) -Go getter attitude -Great culture fit -6 months contract for now -Entry level role -Detail Oriented and Organized -Willing to take initiative and is a self-starter -Strong communication skills in verbal and written -Problem solving skills -Has Interest learning HR
