Pinnacle Family Services, part of Health Connect America, is seeking a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Specialist to deliver evidence‑based services in homes and communities. You will guide families through the FCT phases, set goals, and coordinate with a multisector Treatment Team to ensure holistic care. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Human Services, experience with youth or families, and a valid driver’s license.
