Assists in maintaining inventory of supplies, forms and organizing the clinical environment for safe and effective patient care. Job Responsibilities:* Assists the licensed professional by performing non-skilled activities that are critical to a patient's treatment.* Transports patients safely and in a timely fashion.* Assists with patient movement from bed to chairs, wheelchairs, and other locations, as well as assist with repositioning and ambulation (walking).* Work under the guidance of licensed professionals, collaborating to determine the best methods for patient mobility* Uses various patient handling equipment, including slings, lifts, and walkers to safely assist patients with movement* Accurately document patient mobility activities and any concerns they observe, communicating with the healthcare team as needed* Boone Health has determined this is a safety-sensitive position.
