In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for the monitoring customer alarm systems and daily customer support interactions. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! We provide comprehensive on-the-job training. Two Shifts 2nd (1400-2200) and 3rd (2200-0600) Your Responsibilities Attentiveness: Monitor and acknowledge video signals and alarms from customers’ video alarm systems (BONUS PAID FOR ARRESTS) Provide accurate information to the proper authorities by notifying appropriate points of contact of issues that arise i.e., dispatch police or security teams on verified threats and/or suspicious behavior Customer Support: Use your customer service skills and communication skills to be the superhero customers didn't know they needed Effectively document customer interactions regarding incidents, account inquiries and service requests Qualifications Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong desire to learn and grow within a dynamic industry. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
