Business Development AnalystLocation: Onsite, No Travel Type: W2 or 1099 Reports to: SVP, InsideThis position is onsite in West Palm Beach, Florida - Monday to FridayRole Summary: As a Business Development Analyst, you will be accountable to identify, engage, and schedule qualified meetings with senior-level executives. This role is critical to our revenue engine and focuses exclusively on outbound prospecting and appointment setting for our sales leadership team. You should be confident speaking with C-suite and VP-level decision-makers; thrive on activity-based goals; and understand how to create interest -- not close deals.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to target accountsIdentify and engage executive-level decision makers (CEO, CFO, COO, VP, Director)Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timing)Secure and schedule high-quality meetings for account executives or sales leadershipClearly articulate the company's value proposition in a concise, compelling mannerMaintain accurate activity and meeting data within CRM systemsFollow structured call scripts while adapting to executive-level conversationsConsistently meet or exceed daily activity and monthly meeting targetsCollaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targetingKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of qualified meetings set per week/monthShow rate and meeting qualityOutbound activity levels (calls, emails, touches)Conversion rates from contact to meetingWhat Sets IE ApartImplementation Engineers is built on the belief that real results come from aligned, empowered people executing with clarity and discipline.
