About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Med/Surg (Peds) unit, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to pediatric patients. This is an opportunity to bring your expertise and passion for nursing to a supportive and professional environment where your contributions are valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients in the Med/Surg unit.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients and their families.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document progress accurately.
• Educate patients and their families about treatments, procedures, and ongoing care.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a relevant setting.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering compassionate care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
