Position Summary:

\n

Working in a High Performance team environment, perform all manufacturing operations necessary to support the Introcan Work Team.

\n

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

\n

\n
• Follows established procedures and guidelines to manufacture the organization's products according to production specifications and schedule, volume, cost and wastage targets or quality standards.
\n
• Operates machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with
\n
• Monitors the quality of output to identify, discard or remanufacture faulty products.
\n
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be
\n
• Troubleshoots and resolves technical problems from the product line/process to minimize reject levels and improve
\n
• For more senior position, might act as a team leader to ensure that the work meets agreed targets by directly overseeing team
\n
• At higher job levels will occasionally perform lower levels duties and will mainly perform scheduled maintenance on manufacturing machines and
\n
• Repairs the malfunction of machines, systems and auxiliary
\n
• Routinely checks on machinery and systems for signs of fault in order to prevent or minimize downtime and
\n
• Initiates improvement on the functionality of machines and equipment to increase its
\n
• Must demonstrate knowledge of the field's policies, procedures and
\n
• Will become the subject matter expert at highest levels of
\n
• Must document activities
\n

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent required .

• 0-1 years related experience OR PBS requirements completed and pass assessment at appropriate level.

• Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
\n
• On-call hours as needed.
\n
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
\n

Hourly Pay Rate: $22.52 per hour plus shift differential
