We are seeking an experienced Mitigation Project Manager to lead our water, fire, mold, structural cleaning, and emergency-service operations in the Spartanburg area. This is a hands-on leadership role for an organized, accountable professional who can manage people, oversee multiple active projects, maintain accurate documentation, deliver an excellent customer experience, and drive department profitability.What You'll DoOwn mitigation projects from initial response through completion, including scopes, production plans, schedules, labor, equipment, documentation, and job costsLead, train, and hold the mitigation team accountable for productivity, quality, safety, documentation, and customer serviceEnsure projects are properly scoped, documented, monitored, and completed according to company and IICRC standardsInspect work at key stages and require corrections before equipment removal, project completion, or billingKeep customers, adjusters, property managers, referral partners, and internal teams informed about timelines, changes, and concernsManage job costs against budget, document scope changes, and ensure files are complete and ready for estimating and billingRecruit, onboard, coach, and develop mitigation team membersCoordinate emergency-response coverage and ensure the department is properly staffed, equipped, and preparedWhat We're Looking ForExperience in water mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, structural drying, or disaster recoveryProven record managing employees, schedules, and multiple active projectsStrong understanding of mitigation scopes, drying documentation, job costs, and project profitabilityStrong leadership, organization, accountability, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsClear, professional communication with customers, adjusters, property managers, vendors, and internal teamsComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven emergency-services environmentIICRC certifications, restoration-management software experience, and estimating experience are strongly preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based bonusHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k), paid time off, and paid holidaysCompany vehicle, free uniforms, and ongoing trainingRoom to grow within a nationally recognized restoration brandWork EnvironmentMix of office and jobsite work with regular travel throughout the Spartanburg MarketFlexible schedule and participation in after-hours emergency response when restoration needs ariseAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs and safely work in active residential and commercial job sites requiredCompensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBuilt on a foundation of great brands and employees with a passion for service, our vision is to be the leading provider of essential services through empowered people, world-class customer service, and convenient access.
