Supply Chain Project Manager

Role Description The Supply Chain Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Fremont, CA, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees end-to-end supply chain initiatives, coordinating procurement, logistics, and inventory planning to support large-scale infrastructure deployments. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, aligning cross-functional teams, tracking milestones, and resolving supply chain risks or constraints. The Supply Chain Project Manager will collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize material flow, reduce costs, and improve on-time delivery performance. The role also involves analyzing data, preparing status reports, and driving continuous improvement across supply chain processes and project execution. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Management skills, including experience with procurement, inventory control, and logistics coordination. Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, with a track record of managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional deliverables. Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present project updates to stakeholders. Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field are beneficial. Experience in technology, hardware manufacturing, or datacenter infrastructure environments is advantageous. Proficiency with ERP systems, project management tools, and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel) is preferred.
