Work Location: On‑site. Pay: $20.19–$21.63 per hour, depending on education and experience. Overview Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Part‑time Case Manager at Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center. The center is a 40‑bed, all‑boys program located on 236 acres at the foot of the Poteau Mountains, offering a safe, supportive environment where students can thrive. Responsibilities The Part‑time Case Manager is a key member of the site’s Clinical team implementing the Rite of Passage program. Responsibilities include administering, developing, and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on your caseload. The Case Manager is the primary program liaison between students, parents/legal guardians, other staff members, and placing agency officials. The position also provides progress notes, organizes and facilitates court hearings, Probation Officer visits, student visits, and home passes. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sociology). Minimum age 21. Pass criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test. Pass child and adult abuse registry search. Meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including a valid driver’s license. Preferred: Team Player: Works well as a member of a group.
