VNA is a leading provider in Private Duty Nursing services for Southeast Missouri for over 35 years. We are looking for skilled and compassionate nurses to join our team!What is Private Duty Nursing?Private Duty Nursing is one-on-one care in the home for clients with specialized healthcare needs who require continuous hourly nursing care, up to 16 hours per day.What do PD nurses do?Provide One-on-one care and patient interactionVital signs and physical assessmentsAdministration of medications and treatments (as prescribed by physician)Documentation of patient's ongoing conditionG-tubes, trach and vent care possibleTraining:One -on-One Specialized TrainingTrach, Ventilator and G-Tube Training24/7 support staffBenefits:Competitive Pay!Sign on Bonus!Flexible SchedulingShift DifferentialsPaid MileagePaid HolidaysWeekly payPTO (paid time off)Incentive employee referral programAnd MUCH more!Qualifications:Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered NursePediatric Experience preferred but not Required!
