Final Filing Date: 8/10/2026 Job Description And Duties Analyses and responds to classification and pay issues (classification studies, review of duty statements and other position guidelines, salary compaction, etc.); Advises employees on upward mobility; Provides advice, assistance, and/or recommendations to managers and supervisors regarding employee disciplinary matters; Reviews, edits, and/or drafts disciplinary documents; Coordinates and/or Co-coordinates the DMV Pull Notice Program and the CCC's Drug and Alcohol Testing program; and Coordinates the CCC's Leave of Absence, FMLA/CFRA, Catastrophic Leave, and Employee Assistance Program for assigned units. Working Conditions Please Note: This position is classified as “Hybrid” and is currently eligible for full time telework due to on-going renovations at CCC Headquarters (HQ) located at 1719 24th Street, Sacramento, CA. However: You may be occasionally required to work from the CCC Sacramento Center location (570 Bercut Drive, Sacramento, CA) based on business need (printing, mailing, meetings, etc.). Effective July 1, 2026, there is a Statewide mandate that requires a work schedule of four days of in-office work per week for all “Hybrid” eligible positions. The CCC anticipates implementing this mandate in mid-September for this position, dependent upon completion of HQ renovations.
