Industrial Maintenance Tech Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and complete timely, effective repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns during production.
• Inspect equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and service records.
• Assist with installation, setup, and modification of machinery and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance work area.
• Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Industrial Maintenance Tech Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Board Level Electronics Repair Certification is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems and advanced electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures.
