Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Active Georgia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and contribute within a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, screenings, and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students, both one-on-one and in group settings
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing records as required
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and district trainings
• Engage with families and teachers to support communication goals and overall academic success
