Jack's is the flagship of Jack's Brand Restaurant Group, a family-owned hospitality company that has been part of Northeast Georgia since 2007. We are a classic American neighborhood bar and grill done right: a scratch kitchen, a full bar, and a warm, unpretentious room where regulars feel like family. The Role

We're hiring servers who lead with hospitality. At Jack's, the service is as important as the food - we want guests to leave feeling looked after, not just fed. You'll guide guests through the menu, anticipate their needs, and deliver warm, polished service that keeps them coming back.

What You'll Do

• Greet and serve guests with warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality
• Know the menu inside and out and make confident food and drink recommendations
• Take and enter orders accurately on our Toast POS
• Run food and drinks, check back at the right moments, and keep tables clean and stocked
• Work as a team - support fellow servers, bartenders, and the kitchen during service
• Handle payments accurately and complete opening, running, and closing side work
• Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards

What We're Looking For

• Prior full-service restaurant experience preferred; we'll train the right attitude
• A natural hospitality instinct - you genuinely enjoy taking care of people
• Must meet Georgia's minimum age requirement to serve alcohol
• Strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
