Mid-Senior Platform Engineer
We are seeking a Mid-Senior Platform Engineer to help establish and scale our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) using Backstage. This individual will be responsible for designing, building, customizing, and deploying Backstage while creating a seamless developer experience for engineering teams across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of software engineering, platform engineering, and cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will be highly hands-on and capable of jumpstarting a new initiative from architecture through production deployment. This work supports Morningstar's broader platform strategy around AI enablement, developer productivity, and reliable cloud infrastructure.
