Dumas Ave. Dumas, Texas 79029 Brand: EZPawn | Pay range: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience) Job Summary We are looking for a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead the way today and step into greater roles tomorrow. As a Retail Shift Leader, you will provide outstanding customer service, build solid relationships, promote sales, and lead and influence Team Members through coaching and hands‑on involvement. Responsibilities Provide customer service, build relationships, promote sales, and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items. Process loans and extensions and negotiate satisfactory terms. Perform opening and closing store procedures. Supervise and coach store Team Members. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year supervisory or key holder/shift lead/manager experience. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail‑oriented, excellent judgment, time‑management, prioritization. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test. Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus. Sales background is a plus. Bilingual is a plus. Benefits Free health insurance*.
