About the Position

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Labor and Delivery patients in a high-volume, acute care setting
• Monitor and manage care for laboring patients, including those delivering prematurely
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and clinical staff to ensure safe patient outcomes
• Respond to obstetric emergencies and neonatal resuscitation situations in accordance with NRP certification standards
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification required
• Active driver's license required and must be included in submission packet
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

• RNC (Registered Nurse Certified) certification in a relevant specialty preferred
• Experience caring for premature infants and high-risk obstetric patients
• Familiarity with Trauma Level 2 facility environments
