Team Manager – Westchester Hospital Overview: Lead a bakery‑cafe team, run outstanding shifts, support team development, and maintain high guest service standards. Responsibilities Ensure every guest is delighted by food quality, service, and staff. Build engaging relationships that foster long‑term loyalty. Lead, manage, and develop team members through coaching, inspiring and motivating them to exceed sales, speed, order accuracy and guest experience goals. Participate in the interviewing and selection process. Train the team in food safety standards and ensure compliance. Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth and trust. Maintain physical requirements: lift/carry/push/pull up to 25 pounds, stand and walk up to 6 hours, and communicate clearly in a loud environment. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred. Proven ability to lead shifts in a fast‑paced environment, motivating and coaching staff. ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain certification). Flexibility to work nights and weekends with shifting priorities.
