Patient Access Team Lead: Operations & Coaching

Westchester Medical Center Health Network is looking for a Lead Patient Access Liaison in Town of Mount Pleasant, NY. You will be responsible for managing and motivating the team, ensuring efficient patient access processes, and maintaining compliance with regulations. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, a keen understanding of patient registration, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with knowledge of Cerner Millennium.
