• Compensation & Earnings:
• • Commission: $1,600 to $5,800 per closed sale based on first-year purchase size, paid when the customer's payment clears.
  • Renewal Bonus: Recurring bonus on shelter renewals earned after signing your first 5 shelters.
  • Pay Structure: 1099 commission-only (no base salary, draw, or hourly pay).
• Product & Offerings:
• • Product: Shelter OS (software and tablets for shelter residents, floor staff, and directors).
  • Target Audience: Shelter directors and nonprofit leaders (purchases are grant-eligible).
• Provided Resources & Support:
• • Ranked contact list of state shelters for targeted outreach.
  • Grant funding handout to assist buyers in securing funding.
  • Product book and rep playbook.
  • Interactive demo link for calls and meetings.
  • Professional installer handling all product setup, installation, and ongoing support.
• Key Responsibilities:
• • Conduct outreach to leads on the provided state shelter list via phone and in-person visits.
  • Present Shelter OS using provided demo links and collateral.
  • Manage sales through the full cycle from initial call to signed purchase order.
• Candidate Qualifications:
• • Prior experience selling software or services to nonprofits, shelters, human services, schools, or government entities.
  • Experience navigating buying processes that involve board or grant approvals.
  • Must reside in Iowa, with the ability to visit shelters in person as needed.
  • Ability to set and manage your own schedule.
