Responsibilities Perform pre-invoice validation of orders, contracts, pricing, and billing schedules Conduct post-invoice audits of billing transactions and accounts receivable Investigate billing discrepancies and identify root causes Validate product configurations, SKUs, and entitlements Identify billing risks and data inconsistencies Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues Develop and enforce billing quality standards Track and report KPIs including billing accuracy and error rates Build dashboards and analytical reports Lead process improvement initiatives Support system implementations and testing Identify automation and AI opportunities in billing Ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements Provide training and mentorship to team members Qualifications Associate's Degree (AA) in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience Experience auditing contracts, pricing, and billing terms Experience in MSP, SaaS, or services-based environments Exposure to subscription or usage-based billing models Experience is supporting audits Attention to detail Working knowledge of ERP, PSA, or billing systems Advanced analytical skills Remote Job duties are performed from the employee’s home or another approved remote location.
