Local-Lincoln Manufacturing Facility seeking welders to join their team! Location: Lincoln, AL Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:30 am to 4:15 pm Pay: $17.00

What You'll Do:

• MIG weld steel and aluminum
• Fabricate and repair trailers
• Use a tape measure and basic hand tools
• Follow measurements and work instructions
• Check your work to make sure everything is put together correctly.
• Follow safety rules.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Report any problems or damaged parts.
• Work with the team to meet production goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous welding experience
• Must be comfortable with MIG welding
• Able to work with steel and aluminum
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
