NOC Analyst

Providing 24/7 monitoring and incident response, the full-time remote NOC Analyst will manage service request intake, alert triage, and severity classification for mission-critical applications supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. Key responsibilities: Monitor dashboards and alerting tools continuously to detect production issues and disruptions Acknowledge and process incoming service requests through Jira, ensuring timely responses to Critical and High priority requests Document incident conditions and contribute to incident ticket creation while coordinating with VA Leadership for high-severity issues Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in information technology or related field 3 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) and 24/7 IT operations environment CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred Experience supporting federal government programs and enterprise-scale applications in cloud-based or hybrid environments Active Federal Civilian Public Trust clearance or eligibility for clearance
