Municipal Water & Wastewater Engineer — Planning & Design

A leading research and consulting firm in Virginia seeks a qualified individual to independently assess community water and wastewater infrastructure needs. You will be responsible for developing planning documents, preparing project designs for municipalities, and leading meetings with stakeholders to gather information and foster project support. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills.
