General Associate

Polar Ice is seeking proactive and organized individuals to join our team! General Associates are responsible for providing guests with the highest level of customer service in an exciting atmosphere. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assisting with customer inquiries, processing payments, and support daily operations/events. Greeting guests as they enter the facility with a smile. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and rink schedules, memberships, and events. Handle all customer concerns in a proactive and positive manner Operate cash register with accuracy and integrity. Help maintain a pristine and safe work environment, including proactive cleaning and organizing on a daily basis. (To include locker room change overs between ice sessions, and other general upkeep duties.) Follow all company policies and procedures. Able to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Pay: Pay rate will be depending upon experience. Typical hourly rate for this position is $15-$25 per hour. Overtime paid at time and a half. Paychecks issued weekly. Benefits: Benefits available for full time employees.
