What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical specialties including ortho, neuro, trauma, spine, and outpatient procedures
• Manage anesthesia for approximately 5060 cases per day in a busy hospital environment
• Collaborate with surgical teams and staff to ensure safe and effective anesthesia delivery
• Document patient care in Cerner and SaAnesthesia EMRs
• Maintain compliance with hospital and state licensing requirements
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standards during procedures

What You Need

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification and AZ license
• Recent hospital anesthesia experience
• BLS or ACLS certification
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

About the Assignment

This assignment is based at a hospital in Flagstaff, AZ, featuring 11 main ORs and 2 ambulatory ORs, with a broad case mix including ortho, trauma, neuro, and outpatient procedures. You will be part of a dedicated anesthesia team supporting a 317-bed hospital, delivering high-quality care in a collaborative setting.
