Quick Facts: Location: Flagstaff, AZ Start Date: 10/09/2026 End Date/Duration: 01/08/2027 Shift: Day 4x12-Hour (07 00) Hours/Week: 48 hours/week Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: AZ license, CRNA certification, BLS or ACLS required Experience: Recent hospital experience required Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $222.30 Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time according to applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do: Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases including ortho, trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, and endoscopy Manage anesthesia for approximately 50-60 cases daily across multiple ORs Collaborate with surgical teams and anesthesia colleagues in a fast-paced hospital environment Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative process Maintain documentation and compliance using Cerner and SaAnesthesia EMRs What You Need: Required: Valid AZ RN License and CRNA certification BLS or ACLS certification Recent hospital anesthesia experience Preferred: Experience with a diverse caseload in a hospital setting Ability to work independently in a team-based environment About the Assignment: This assignment is based at a hospital with 317 beds, featuring 11 main ORs and 2 ambulatory ORs. The anesthesia department handles a wide range of cases, offering a dynamic work environment for experienced CRNAs. Eligible candidates will be interviewed via phone by Dr. Weiss.
