Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $135,000 - $145,000/yr DOE + production bonus
• Production compensation average: $160,000 - $200,000/yr
• Sign-on/ relocation bonus available

Minimum Qualifications

• Required: Passion for Primary Care
• Required: Demonstrated clinical experience and proficiency in providing comprehensive Primary Care
• Preferred: 2+ years Primary Care experience as a licensed NP
• BE/BC

General Physical Requirements
