Requirements ***Client has 8hrs of Non-Billable hours for orientation hours Reason for opening: supplemental support Average patients per day: Varies CL providers see 15-18 per day on busy days up to 20 Expected start date First day should always be reserved for orientation tasks ASAP as standard credentialing allows Provider Type – MD/DO or APC MD/DO Specialty Behavioral Health – Specifically for Consults FTE needed 1.0 Daily Shift Standard 8hr or 12hr 10 hours Expected duration of assignment *Standard duration is 6 months. Extension approvals are required every 6 months* Current approval is good through 03/23/2027 Schedule /Shift hours 2 weeks per month. The preferred coverage is a 7 day stretch every other week. 10-hour days from 7am-5pm. Our current locum is working Monday-Sunday. Experience can be demonstrated in one of the following ways: Applicant who has just completed a residency shall provide a copy of his /her residency log. An applicant who is not applying directly out of residency shall provide a quality profile from hospital s where the applicant currently has privileges showing his /her clinical activity for the last 24 months. Will provider work solo? If not other providers specialties working with them No Licensed Candidate: Yes/No Preferred but not required.
