Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support the ongoing Salesforce transformation program, including FSC (Financial Services Cloud) implementation and integration efforts. This individual will work within a highly collaborative digital technology team to enhance CRM capabilities, optimize business processes, and support the post-transaction migration from two organizations.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
• Implement and integrate Salesforce applications with other systems to support asset management processes.
• Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, triggers, and validation rules within Salesforce.
• Understand and analyze asset management requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
• Implement and manage asset tracking, lifecycle management, and maintenance schedules within the Salesforce platform.
• Ensure accurate and efficient tracking of assets, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.
• Customize Salesforce to align with asset management processes and business needs.
• Configure Salesforce features such as fields, page layouts, record types, and business processes.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for asset management metrics.
• Integrate Salesforce with external asset management systems and other third-party applications.
• Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing best practices for data management and governance.
• Perform data migrations and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including asset managers, business analysts, and IT professionals, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and asset management processes.
