What to Expect As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team as a Financial Analyst. Located in our Salem, NH plant, you will be responsible for performing and completing various accounting functions. Key Responsibilities (to name a few) Functions related to AR/AP Process AP payments Reconcile bank statements Prepare and reconcile month-end reports to the General Ledger Process the associated journal entries including preparation, recording and collection of supporting documentation Complete all other accounting duties as assigned About You 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience; preferred cost accounting/accounts payable experience Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, organization skills, work ethic, and high level of integrity required Strong team player; proactively able to step in to support other team members as needed and share knowledge to allow cross training of all functions, builds collaborative relationships Must be able to work well under pressure, effectively handle conflict, and demonstrate flexibility in work style to accommodate changing priorities and fixed deadlines Ability to work effectively and independently Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong proficiency with ERP/Financial systems/Axapta experience a plus Pay & Benefits Full-Time Relocation is not provided Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days.
