Logistics Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate the movement of goods across our global supply chain, ensuring efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery from origin to customer. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to maintain smooth logistics operations and high service levels. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound international shipments with factories, brokers, warehouses, and 3PL providers Manage outbound deliveries from overseas suppliers and domestic distribution centers to customers Act as the primary liaison between Sales, customers, and logistics partners throughout the order lifecycle Ensure accurate and timely customs documentation and filings in collaboration with brokers Execute transactions in SAP (order creation, PO receipts, inventory updates, etc.) Track and report shipment status, proactively resolving delays or issues Monitor and validate warehouse activities against SAP records Support cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciliation efforts Partner with Finance on month‑end close and inventory accuracy Manage service providers to meet on‑time delivery (OTD) and service level expectations Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within logistics operations Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field 4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proven problem‑solving and analytical skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Why Join Us?
