Location: Louisville, Kentucky (Fully In-Office)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

Compensation: Starting at $21/hour (could be higher depending on experience) + Monthly Performance Bonus

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager / Paralegal to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, genuinely cares about helping clients, and is committed to personal and professional growth.

The successful candidate will manage a high-volume pre-litigation caseload while delivering exceptional client service and ensuring cases move efficiently toward resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through settlement
• Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders
• Gather and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
• Prepare demand packages for attorney review and approval
• Coordinate settlement disbursements and final closing documentation
• Maintain accurate and timely case updates within the firm's systems
• Ensure clients receive a consistent, high-quality experience throughout their case
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to achieve firm goals and KPIs

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Case Manager or Paralegal in a high-volume pre-litigation personal injury law firm
• Strong understanding of Kentucky personal injury claims and case management processes
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Compensation & Bonus Opportunities

Base Pay

• Starting at $21per hour (higher depending on experience)+ Monthly Performance Bonus
