Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is motivated by building efficient, scalable accounting processes. The Accounting Manager will play a key leadership role in overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, financial close, reporting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience with SAP . Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in accordance with GAAP. Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements. Oversee general ledger activities, revenue recognition, accruals, and balance sheet integrity. Develop and improve accounting processes and internal controls to support continued company growth. Partner with Korean headquarters, external accountants, auditors, and internal teams. Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency, shorten close cycles, and improve reporting accuracy. Support SAP optimization, reporting enhancements, and system integrations. Provide accounting guidance and leadership in a dynamic, evolving business environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience leading or supervising accounting teams. Experience working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, or rapidly changing organization. Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, complex formulas, and data analysis. Hands-on experience with SAP is required. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles. Proven experience managing audits and working directly with external auditors. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments and with international teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience in consumer products, beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands. Experience building or scaling accounting functions within a growing organization. Experience with inventory and cost accounting. Experience working with multi-entity organizations.
