Sales Representative

Company RED CALIBER is a startup focused on crypto currency services, developing a Bitcoin point of sale system, a consumer website, and Bitcoin ATMs. Job Description This position is for a Sales Representative focused on selling Bitcoin ATMs to local businesses. It may start part-time with the potential to become full-time based on performance. The role is fully remote with flexible scheduling, provided sales goals are met. Key responsibilities include contacting business owners, making cold calls, and arranging in-person meetings to discuss product offers. Qualifications At least 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in software, ATM, or B2B sales. Compensation & Advancement This is a commission-based position. For each Bitcoin ATM sold, you receive $500 in commission; every third ATM sold earns an additional $750. Selling to multi-location businesses increases earnings potential since one meeting can generate multiple commissions. After selling 5 ATMs, you may be promoted to a management role overseeing a team of 5–10 in another state. Managers receive 40% of the team’s total monthly sales, plus their own sales commissions. Example: a 10-person team averaging 3 sales per month would yield roughly $6,000 in management commission, on top of individual earnings. Ongoing negotiations may offer higher commission structures for high performers.
