Senior Solutions Engineer

We are seeking to hire a motivated professional to work as a Solutions Engineer, Expert in a strategic cybersecurity role focused on strengthening ransomware resilience, cyber recovery governance, and operational recovery readiness within a large-scale enterprise environment. About the Role This professional will support the operationalization of ransomware recovery programs through hands‑on technical execution, recovery validation, governance support, and continuous process improvement. The role requires close collaboration with incident response, infrastructure, and security teams to improve organizational cyber resilience and recovery capabilities. Responsibilities Support the operationalization of the ransomware recovery governance program through process execution, documentation updates, and technical validation activities. Coordinate and execute ransomware recovery testing activities, including dependency mapping, technical recovery validation, and test result analysis. Design and implement application onboarding and review workflows, including technical assessments, readiness evaluations, and control implementation support. Partner with incident response teams to refine ransomware incident response plans and lead technical exercises, simulations, and tabletop scenarios. Conduct ransomware preparedness assessments aligned with NIST CSF, NIST 800‑61, CIS Controls, and industry best practices. Develop executive‑level reporting materials, ransomware risk heat maps, dashboards, and cyber recovery tracking repositories. Your experience is much more than a technology checklist. Strong experience with ransomware recovery, cyber resilience, backup, and recovery operations. Hands‑on experience with technical recovery validation, dependency mapping, and operational readiness assessments. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST 800‑61, and CIS Critical Security Controls. Experience supporting incident response exercises, technical assessments, and cross‑functional governance initiatives. Preferred Skills Experience with enterprise cyber recovery technologies and resilience tooling. Familiarity with ransomware risk management and operational compliance reviews. Experience supporting large‑scale enterprise security environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
