Assess patients spanning the pediatric to geriatric spectrum employing standardized assessments and keen observational skills.

Craft individualized treatment strategies that meet both immediate objectives and long-range communication or swallowing aspirations.

Deliver targeted speech therapy sessions emphasizing articulation, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing techniques.

Join forces with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and family members to devise effective holistic care approaches.

Educate patients and families to bolster therapy effectiveness beyond the walls of our clinic.

Conduct periodic inpatient evaluations and interventions to ensure seamless care throughout the recovery process.

Document all patient information and progress in compliance with necessary regulatory and organizational standards.

Commit to ongoing education and collaborative learning to remain at the forefront of the industry.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting.

Expertise in evidence-based intervention strategies for patients of all ages paired with a strong grasp of developmental and acquired language, speech, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Adept adaptation of therapeutic approaches to suit various cultural and linguistic contexts.

Solid clinical judgment complemented by effective problem-solving capabilities.

Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation expectations.
