Head of Product, Bills Platform — FinTech Growth Leader

Flex seeks an experienced product leader to serve as the Head of Product for our Bills product line. This high-visibility role reports to the CPO and partners with the GM of Bills, owning the product from concept to launch and scaling with startup autonomy and resources of a market leader.
Located in New York, this hybrid role defines strategy, discovery, executive communication, metrics, and team development.
