We are seeking an experienced and motivated Body Shop Manager to lead our collision repair department. This position offers a competitive salary, benefits, and the opportunity to work with a growing, customer-focused team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the body shop and manage workflow efficiently
• Write estimates and manage repair orders
• Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and technicians throughout the repair process
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely vehicle delivery
• Maintain quality control standards and customer satisfaction
• Manage parts ordering and inventory as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Train, coach, and support body shop staff
• Track and achieve departmental sales and profitability goals

Qualifications:

• Previous body shop management experience required
• Proficiency with CCC ONE estimating software
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds dealership management software
• Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures, insurance claims, and estimating
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
