Gaming Attendant/Customer Service (Day Shift)

Job Description

Our Company is looking for enthusiastic & motivated team members who like to have fun while ensuring our guests enjoy the best possible experience in our Luxury Gaming Room.

We are now hiring full time and part-time Gaming Attendants. Our Attendants are responsible for delivering best in class service by:

Greeting each guest as they walk in the door, checking IDs, and catering to their needs or wants.
Provide snacks & soft drinks as desired by customers
Serve Beer or mixed drink as desired by customers
Open and close cash registers; perform tasks such as counting money, coupons and vouchers, and balancing cash drawers
Maintain knowledge of current promotions and policies
Demonstrate use of games or merchandise
Resolve guest complaints timely in a professional manner
Clean & sanitize all surfaces including: gaming machines, shelves, counters, tables, bathroom, and vacuum & mop floors/carpet..ect
Keep bar and guest areas clean and orderly at all times
Restocking inventory as necessary and notifying management of low inventory
Other duties as assigned by management

No direct experience is required, but previous experience in customer service or other related fields will be given strong consideration.

Compensation Starting at $15.25 per hour and could increase with longevity.

Must be 21 years or older. Nights and weekends may be required, and holiday availability is a plus . All applicants must consent and complete a background check in order to be fully considered for employment.
