This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for travel professionals interested in working with pediatric populations and providing high-quality services within school communities.
Your expertise will be key in fostering communication skills and helping young learners reach their full potential. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, assess and treat students with a variety of speech and language needs, and be a valued resource to both families and educational staff.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) accepted
- Active state licensure or eligibility
- Previous experience with pediatric clients, preferably in a school environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site full-time and openness to travel assignments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Monitor progress and document treatment outcomes
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative teams
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
