This role is instrumental in shaping the future of the organization by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across a range of disciplines. As the organization pushes the boundaries of AI research and development, this role will help build world-class teams dedicated to creating beneficial AI systems.Key Responsibilities* Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates at volume.* Partner with technical hiring managers and interviewers to understand hiring needs, team matching, and required skills and qualifications.* Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to understand organizational needs and map out long-term talent acquisition strategies.* Stay up-to-date on sourcing best practices, emerging sourcing techniques, and workplace trends.Required Qualifications* 5+ years of experience sourcing top technical talent, including in-house experience, particularly for product engineering, infrastructure, or AI/ML teams.* Demonstrated success in filling engineering leadership and high-level technical individual contributor positions.* Experience working on high-volume or evergreen pipelines.* Proven skill in taking an inclusive and equitable approach to hiring.* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive mindset and the ability to operate with autonomy.* Experience implementing novel and creative pipeline-building strategies.* Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing multiple priorities.* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and Gem.Preferred Qualifications* A proven track record of scaling and building diverse teams in a high-growth startup environment. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
